Contact us
One address for everything — questions, payments and refunds, problems with a call, and safety concerns:
What to put in your message
- The date of the call or booking.
- The email address you used to book or sign up.
- The creator's name, or the address of their page.
- What happened, in your own words.
- Any reference an error message showed you.
Please don't send card numbers or passwords. We never need them to help you.
Reporting a safety concern
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
To report someone who made you feel unsafe on a call, broke our content rules, or brought someone under 18 onto a call, email support@minutetalk.com with the details above. We don't tell the person you report who reported them.
During a call, the shield button next to End or Leave (“Safety exit”) leaves the call at once, without asking you to confirm. The other person only sees that the call ended.
Creators: if someone under 18 took part in your call, the call's More menu ends it (or, in a group call, removes that client), and for 10 minutes after a call its end screen lets you report it. After that, email us the date of the call and the client's name: a person opens a review, and the client gets back everything they paid.
Paused, suspended or closed accounts
MinuteTalk calls are for adults. When a creator reports that someone under 18 took part in a call, we pause new calls and bookings for that account (or guest calls with that email address) while a person reviews what happened.
When an account breaks our rules, we may warn it, suspend it or close it. We always say which rule and what happened, and you can appeal.
If your account is paused, suspended or closed and you think it's a mistake, email support@minutetalk.com with “Appeal” in the subject, the email address on the account, and what you'd like us to know. A creator can also appeal from their dashboard. A person reads every message.
Reporting something that can't wait, like a threat or a risk to a child? Put “Urgent” at the start of the subject.
Reporting a creator's page
Every creator page, and each service's booking page, has a “Report this page” link at the bottom that brings you here with the page's address filled in. You can also email support@minutetalk.com with the address of the page and what's wrong with it.
A person reads every report and checks the page against our content rules. We don't tell the creator who reported them. If someone is in danger, see reporting a safety concern first.
Copyright and trademark
If something on a creator's page uses your copyrighted work or your trademark without permission, you can ask us to remove it. Email support@minutetalk.com with “Copyright or trademark removal request” as the subject, and include:
- The work or trademark, and that you own it or are allowed to act for the owner.
- Where it appears: the address of the MinuteTalk page, and what on it (a photo, a service name, a passage of text).
- Your name and email address, and the organisation you act for, if any.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that this use isn't allowed by the owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your request is accurate, signed with your full name.

What happens next
- A person reads every request.
- If a complete request shows content that clearly infringes, we may hide it while we look into it.
- We tell the creator what was reported and which work it concerns, so they can send us their side. We don't share your contact details with them unless you say we may.
- If the content infringes, it stays off MinuteTalk, and we may act under our content rules. If it doesn't, we put it back and tell you why.
Refunds
When you're charged, when you get money back and how to ask are in Refunds and cancellations.
Your data
To ask for a copy of your data or a correction, email the same address. We aim to acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete it within 30 days. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
To delete your account, sign in and go to Settings, then Delete account. You may be asked to sign in again first. If you paid for a call as a guest (without an account), email us from the address you paid with to ask us to remove your details; a person replies within 30 days.
